Great post,

I'm a strong believer in the concept "whatever you think about yourself you will be right". Know yourself and focus on your strengths and I really liked the "take action on any gaps".

Thanks and keep it up

I have a couple of thoughts on this post. Confidence often takes a long time to build once it's lost. It's also dependent on a host of other factors (self image, self insight, maturity, upbringing etc), so probably needs a broader set of interventions than those recommended if it is to be sustained.
