Instead a lot of it seemed to be rehashed and reconfigured generalizations that many of us already know. Two interesting books that I am currently reading are Buyology and Crowdsourcing. They are both a little old, but have some very interesting points about both marketing and how companies must change their business models to incorporate their customers.
