I voted today. Have you?

going-to-vote-small.jpgToday we all have one primary job: to cast a vote.

I did my civic duty this morning, although it was a little dicey. The machine for my district broke while I was waiting in line, so we had to vote by paper ballot. Not as satisfying as pulling that lever, but satisfying nonetheless. Click here to view more photos from my voting experience.

I did call and report the problem to CNN’s voter hotline at 800-GOCNN-08 to make sure our votes will be counted. Be sure to call if you face any problems at the polls.

And, after you vote, go enjoy a free cup of coffee at Starbucks.

    @Avi – thanks for noticing! I appreciate that. :)

    Enjoy that coffee — you deserve it for doing your civic duty!
