@Dan – Thanks for the comment. A lot of students tell me they don’t like networking because it feels like “using” people — I tell them you’ll never feel that way if you always offer to help others as much as they help you.

Good messaging here Lindsey. I completely agree with the reciprocal nature of networking here. Too many 99.9% of people are all about taking from others. Hopefully, we’ll be able to swing people in the other direction.
