		<description>Cool, another system in this space - that means that the idea has caught on and is becoming more mainstream.

I launched a website that does pretty much the same thing almost three years ago.  When I launched there was no functional website that did this (there was one that seemed to have been abandoned, and a few that had started but never got to functional).  A few days after I launched my main competitor came out, and then a year later there were two more.

I like that more are coming out because when there were only two there were a lot of &quot;HUH?  WHY?&quot; questions.  This is not a job board (as successhawk states on their page), rather a place to manage and organize the job search.  Providing this caliber of tools to &quot;poor&quot; job seekers went against everything the job boards did... and many people didn&#039;t understand it.
