Video: Find Your Professional Passion

heartOne of the most common questions I receive goes something like this: “I want to find work I’m passionate about, but I don’t know what my passion is! What should I do?”

I recently recorded a video with my advice on finding your professional passion. Thank you to FNC iMag for including me in this video series and inviting me to record on the beautiful campus of Columbia University.

I like your videos Lindsey, but please try to relax your body while on camera so that your bodylanguage doesn´t look so un-natural. Also, you are not connected to your breath when you speak which makes your voice a bit high and strained.
I hope this doesn´t sound mean, I think you do great work. Just a little advice.

I am sending this clip to every college senior who contacts me for life advice. As usual, Lindsey, you’ve nailed it. Powerful information, delivered with inspiration (not to mention you look GORGEOUS!)

Thanks for the video Lindsey! I’ve been in the workforce for a while (graduated college in ’94) and have worked in a variety of roles for different companies. Totally agree with your perspective that you won’t know what you love until you try different things. I love what I’m doing now but it took a while to figure it out.

Lindsey, great video. I wish you would blog more (I told Polly this yesterday at lunch). Your voice is missed :(
